  88.        1.  A one-time registration fee of fifteen  U.S. dollars ($15) plus
  89.            shipping entitles registered users to a key which enables extra
  90.            features such as  color customizing, security level exclusions,
  91.            and free updates.  A disk will be mailed to you with the latest
  92.            release and a life-time key file on it.  Should a  new key file
  93.            algorithm  be administered, the author  will supply you  with a
  94.            new  KEY file at no  additional charge.  There are  no taxes on
  95.            sales placed  out-of-state.  Taxes on sales  placed from within
  96.            the state of Pennsylvania will be paid for by the author.

  99.            one of the Show Call support boards or MSI HQ BBS:
